As I think you tend towards it also - I'd go for 'option 3' in almost all cases where Western powers and their media profess innocence, or at most 'blunders'. All it takes - as is so clear with their crimes committed in Ukraine and Syria - is to demonstrate advance planning for such events, and planning to 'take advantage' of a situation they themselves brought about. And the situation only continues to get worse, with more disinformation and cover-ups, and a continuation of the agendas; here in OZ we have a recent puff piece about mRNA treatments, and a new factory to produce the drugs/vaccines for 'future pandemics'. Do they have one planned?
